"Charles Means was prompt, professional, courteous and responsive. He set up his appointment and showed up right on schedule. His research into the various paints was above and beyond as well as his efforts to ensure that all repairs were done properly. His estimate was detailed and the price was fair considering the amount to be done. His brother Larry led the crew that accomplished the work and they did and outstanding job! Charles assured me that the job would not be 'done' until I said it was done. He required no money up front and was on absolute pleasure to deal with. About 6 weeks everything was still okay. I cannot say enough good things about this man and his team. When we do the interior I will be calling him."

"We contacted Means Painting to get an estimate for repainting the exterior of our home. We chose Means Painting to do the work, they completed the job, were very professional and kept everything very clean. They were very detail oriented and went the extra mile for us. Means Painting came out and provided an estimate to paint the exterior of our 1500 sq ft home. Charles Means contacted us promptly and provided the estimate within a few days of our request. The estimate was fair and provided in writing. We scheduled with Means Painting and they told us a day they thought would work based on weather. The day before our scheduled day an employee came by and pressure washed the exterior of the home to get ready for painting the next day. Means Painting arrived promptly the next morning and began prepping the house for painting. They sanded, caulked, taped and protected plants and other items in the yard. The painting was completely very well and we could not be happier with the work. They even repainted our front door and shutters at no charge! Charles Means kept us updated throughout the day and made sure we were aware of the status of the job. Upon completion, they conducted a walk through with us to make sure there were no issues that needed to be addressed. They estimate provided was accurate and there were no surprises when the job was completed. Means Painting did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them!"
